Registration
will be carried out exclusively online, until Monday, 22
November 2010, through the
online registration form.
Interpretation and translation of
agenda documents will be provided based on the requests of participants. You are
therefore invited to indicate on the registration form whether you require
languages other than English before 20 September 2010. Based on the
requests made by this deadline and provided there are at least five requests for
one of the six official languages, interpretation and translation will be provided in the
requested languages.
All registered
participants must finalize registration and pick up their badge at the
ITU Montbrillant Building
(Rue de Varembé) on Wednesday, November 24th, between 8:00-9:30am.
Financial support may be obtained within the budget
available. Priority will be given to participants from developing countries who will submit a paper of
direct relevance to an agenda item.
To request financial support, please fill out and submit
the
request for funding form no later than 20 September 2010.
The request for funding must be approved by a duly authorized officer of your
organisation.
Once completed, you may either scan the form and e‑mail it to
indicators@itu.int
or fax it to
+41 22 730 6449.
You will be contacted after all requests for funding have been
reviewed.
