The 2003 Visions conferences brought together key thinkers in the information society from across the world. See the Visions Brochure  (Fr, Es, En)

Research and analysis undertaken in the context of the Visions research project was presented and discussed. The event was held during PrepCom-2 (Second Meeting of the Preparatory Committee) of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) in February 2003.
