Council 08 and 09 endorsed the ITU Framework for Performance Measurement and Reporting (PMR) to
assess progress towards the achievement of the 7 Strategic Goals of the
Union. The PMR Group has undertaken the
development of a contribution to the work of the
Council Working
Group for the elaboration of the Strategic Plan of the Union
