This Working Group of the TDAG will work on the preparation of the Strategic
Plan, the definition of KPIs and the acceleration of project formulation. The terms of
reference of this Group are as follows:
- Prepare ITU-D contribution to the Strategic Plan of the Union.
- Propose quantitative KPIs and possible qualitative when justified to
measure progress on achieving the sectoral objectives and outputs of the
Telecommunication Development Sector.
- Propose ways and means to accelerate project formulation and/or
implementation on regional initiatives (Resolution 17 Rev. Doha, 2006).
- Formulate proposed guidelines on the two subjects above to the next TDAG for its consideration.
