Abstract :

This document presents the draft four-year rolling Operational Plan for the Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D) for the period 2018-2021.
The Plan is published pursuant to No. 223A of Article 18 of the ITU Convention which provides that the operational plan of activities to be undertaken by the Telecommunication Development Bureau shall be prepared annually, on a four-year rolling basis. The 2016 ITU-D performance report sets forth details on the level of implementation of the outcomes as well as on the 2020 targets when applicable.
