Summary
This document sets forth details on the financial implications of the 2015 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-15) decisions. Furthermore, it describes the financial framework within which these decisions will be implemented as well as the measures that have been and that will be introduced by the secretariat to accompany the implementation of these decisions.
