| Regional Consultation Meetings |
|
Regional consultations were held in conjunction with regional
organizations and ITU regional offices, with the objective of
associating a broader range of regional participants with the
preparation of the Assembly, strengthening the regional presence
and encouraging the participation of developing countries in
the telecommunication standardization activities.
The
Telecommunication Standardization Bureau participated in some of the sessions, presenting the current ITU-T environment
and the current work of TSAG on WTSA-04 preparations.
