Transportation

All guests who have sent through their flight details will be met at Nadi airport by representatives of the Nadi based Destination Management Companies (DMC). The representatives will be holding a sign with the conference logo and will have a check list of passengers whom they are expecting.

For all confirmed arrivals private transfers will be booked. The vehicle size and type will depend upon the number of passengers arriving off each flight.

Guests will be guided to the waiting transport and when they depart the airport the resort will be notified that they are on the way.

For guests that are not confirmed prior to arrival there is the option of taxi service. The estimated cost is FJD$30 per person.

For all guests that confirm transfer arrangements with the DMC vehicles will be confirmed to collect guests from their accommodation two and half hours prior to their flight departure time.

The size of the vehicle will depend upon the number of passengers on each departure.

Separate arrangements will be made for Ministers of State.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

There are reliable public buses as well as reasonably priced taxi services. Taxis can be arranged through the hotel concierge. There is a complementary shuttle through the Sheraton properties and a free shopping shuttle to Denarau Marina or $4 FJD per day unlimited use of the Denarau Bula Bus.
