2013年9月23日，全球大家庭将在纽约召开联合国大会关于残疾与发展的高级别会议，会议将确定需发起的行动，以夯实相关工作，从而确保残疾人在发展工作的各个方面均实现无障碍获取和包容性。

为支持此会议的召开，国际电联、国际残疾人联盟、全球包容性信息通信技术举措（G3ict）和Telecentre.org共同准备了以下问卷，以就信息通信技术（ICT）的使用在实现残疾包容性发展议程中可发挥的作用收集各国政府、私营部门和民间社会的意见。本次咨询的结果将提交届时与会的国家首脑和其他高级别与会者并供其研究。请将您的意见发给我们，以便为制定关于残疾和发展的未来议程做出贡献！
