“As we all know, the World Telecommunication Development Conference represents a great opportunity to take stock of our achievements in the ICT sector,” said the Director in his address to 2nd African Preparatory Meeting for WTDC.
Held in Lusaka, Zambia, from 17 to 18 February, the meeting brought together countries in the Region to explore and discuss African countries needs to formulate preliminary African Common Proposals to be presented to WTDC-14.
The first Regional Preparatory Meeting for WTDC-14 was held in Accra, Ghana, in October 2013
