Version 3 refers to MS-ACCESS 7.0 databases to be used with BR Software prior to September 2001 issue of Space Radiocommunication Stations on CD-ROM publication of the Radiocommunication Bureau (BR). Version 4 IFIC databases can only be used with the BR software dated from September 2001.

As from 1 January 2017 all Space IFIC databases are published in the new restructured Space Network System database version 8.0

As from 4 August 2020 all Space IFIC databases are published in the new restructured Space Network System database version 9.0
