Abstract :	This eleventh report of the Independent Management Advisory Committee (IMAC) to the ITU Council contains IMAC's comments and advice on the External Auditor's Report on the 2020 Financial Statements and the Committee's proposed amendments to its Terms of Reference (ToRs). The detailed IMAC Annual Report for the 2021 activities will be presented at the final meeting of the 2022 Session of Council before the Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-22), following the receipt of the External Auditor's Report on the 2021 Financial Statements.
