Contribution :	Consultation on Development aspects of the Internet is very critical especially as new technologies come and go. Hence I belief the issue of Internet Governance becomes very important. My view is for the ITU to strengthen through its members country states the National Internet Governance Forums in each member state, which feed into regional IG forums then global forum. The importance of this is to make countries more aware of what in terms of the Internet should be a local issue and what affects all. Important bodies like ICANN, will also play a big role in this in their public meetings. However I think the ITU can play a lead role by making member states see the importance of having national internet governance forums, though not decision making forums, but they help clear the air on a number of pertinent issues for the greater good of the globe that the internet serves.
