On 23 September 2013 the global community will meet in New York at the High-level meeting of the General Assembly on Disability and Development (HLMDD 2013) to identify the actions that need to be initiated to strengthen efforts to ensure accessibility for and inclusion of persons with disabilities in all aspects of development efforts.

To support the conduction of this event the Broadband Commission, G3ICT, the International Disability Alliance, ITU, Microsoft, Telecentre.org Foundation and UNESCO have prepared the following questionnaire to collect the views of governments, the private sector and the civil society on how the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) can contribute to achieving a disability-inclusive development agenda. The results of this consultation will be submitted for the consideration of the heads of state and other high level participants that will gather at the meeting. Send us your views and contribute to shaping the future agenda on disabilities and development!

The consultation will be open from 20 May 2013 to 17 June 2013. In addition to the online questionnaire available below you can also download the following questionnaires in other UN languages and send them to us at accessibility@itu.int
