Mr Zemin YANG, Secretary-General, China Communications Standards Association (CCSA)

Mr. Zemin Yang, Professor of Engineering, graduated from Beijing university of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 1982, and received master's degree from the University of Surrey in 1991. He took positions in succession as engineer, senior engineer, Vice Director of RITT, Vice President of CATR and President of CATR. He has been focusing on compunication and remote information processing.

Now, he is the Vice Chairman of the Council, Secretary-General of China Communications Standards Association (CCSA), Board Member of Beijing Institute of Communications (BIC), Vice Chairman of China Electronics Enterprises Association (CEEA), counselor of CATR.
