​Executive summary: Meeting of ITU-T Study Group 12 (Performance, Quality of Service, Quality of Experience), Geneva, 9-18 September 2025

Overview​

ITU-T Study Group 12 held its second meeting in the 2025-2028 study period in Geneva, 9-18 September 2025, as a physical meeting with remote participation.

​The meeting was attended by 169 participants from 55 countries. This included 88 participants in Geneva and 81 delegates who participated in the meeting using MyWorkspace exclusively.

The meeting received 67 Contributions and handled 158 TDs. Delegates reviewed 66 incoming Liaison Statements and adopted 12 outgoing Liaison S​tatements.

​​8 Recommendations were consented (4 new, 4 revised) by the meeting (see below for details). The meeting also agreed on 1 new Technical Report.
