​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​With over four years of experience in intellectual property and technology law, Vagish has developed a robust expertise in advising on IP laws, IT regulations, data privacy, and technology matters. Currently serving as an Associate Advocate at Singh and Singh Law Firm in New Delhi, Vagish handles IP and technology litigation, focusing on SEP, patents, trademarks, designs, and copyright before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. He is a registered patent agent in India. Prior to this role, Vagish worked as an Assistant Manager – IP Legal at TVS Motor Company Ltd. in Bengaluru, where he was instrumental in IP asset creation and management, particularly in the automotive sector. His experience also includes working as a Legal Associate at Khurana & Khurana Advocates and IP Attorneys, specializing in patent prosecution for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering innovations. Holding an LL.B. (Hons) in Intellectual Property Law from IIT Kharagpur and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Mysore, Vagish also contributed as a Member Editor for the Journal of Innovation Competition and Information Laws. He is an active volunteer and cultural society member and has represented his college in long-distance running. ​
