Dr. Bai serves as a Technical Architect at China Mobile Communications Corporation. Her research focuses on blockchain-based rights certification and network economics. She has published several papers in academic journals and at conferences, including ICC and TIFS. Currently, she is primarily involved in the development of standards and applications for blockchain.
