Dr Forgor LEMPOGO is a Senior Lecturer and currently the Head of the Department of Mobile and Pervasive Computing, Ghana Communication Technology University, Accra Ghana. He obtained his MSc. in Information Systems and Technology as well as his PhD in Automation and Control from the Tver State Technical University in the Russian Federation. His main research interest is in the area of control systems and how developing economies can harness the opportunities presented by emerging computing technologies such as Big Data, IoT and Blockchain.
