Xin QI received his B.E. degrees in Computer Science and Technology from Hangzhou Dianzi University, China in 2013, his M.E. degree and Ph.D. degree from Waseda University, Japan in 2016 and 2019. Now he is a Junior Researcher at Waseda University, Japan. His research interests include ICN and 3N for next generation communication systems, machine learning and Blockchain.
