Racky SEYE

​​​​​​​​​​​​Mrs. Racky SEYE is an Engineer in Electronics and Telecommunications with a Master degree in Information System Security.

She is the Head of the Office of Information Systems Security and Digital Trust in the ICT Direction of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Telecommunications of Senegal. She is working on cybersecurity projects.

She already had to participate​ in international conferences and meetings on cybersecurity, the fight against cybercrime and violent extremism in cyberspace as panelist. 

She is national focal point of OWAR-C (Organised Crime West African Response to Cybersecurity) regional project within ECOWAS. 

She also actively participates in the work of the GFCE (Global Forum on Cyber Expertise). 

She is a member of the Study Group 17 (Security) of the Telecommunication Standardization Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and she is the Vice-Chair of the Study Group 17 of the Africa Region. 

In addition, she has completed training programs on cybersecurity following:
    • PCSS 18-02 at George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch Partenkirchen, Germany,
    • Cybersecurity USTTI  (United States Telecommunications Training Institute) in Washington (USA),
    • IVLP (International Visitor Leadership Program) of US Department of State on « Advancing an open secure and reliable Digital Economy » with focus on cybersecurity and fighting cybercrime in the states of Washington, Philapdelphia, Reno, Austin and Seattle (USA)​.
