Eneko Atxutegi received BSc and MSc degrees in telecommunications engineering from the University of the Basque Country in 2011 and 2014 respectively. Since October 2014 he has worked as a research fellow for the Networking Quality and Security (NQaS) Research Group of the University of the Basque Country.
He is currently pursuing PhD studies, mainly focused on transport protocols performance and cross-layer effects on both wired and cellular networks, impacting on final end-user QoE.
