Corlane Barclay

Corlane Barclay 2015.jpgCorlane Barclay is a consultant and a full-time lecturer at the University of Technology, Jamaica where in 2011 she designed and successfully implemented the first and only wholly owned graduate program in information systems management at the School of Computing and Information Technology. She also served as a coordinator for this program between 2011 and 2012. She is a certified project manager, PMP ® with over 10 years of industry and government experience. She also holds a doctorate degree in Information Systems from the University of the West Indies, Mona campus. She has recently completed studies at the Norman Manley Law School, Mona, Kingston, Jamaica which prepares for admission to practice in the Commonwealth Caribbean territories. She has published in journals and conference proceedings including ITU Kaleidoscope and is the coeditor of two books namely Knowledge Discovery Processes and Methods to Enhance Organizational Performance (2015) and Strategic Project Management – Contemporary Issues and Strategies for Developing Economies (2015) published by CRC Press. Her interests include Internet and Telecommunications Policy and Law, Technology Law, Cybersecurity, Knowledge Discovery & Data Mining and Project Management.
