Samuel Acquah Bartels is a lawyer who specialises in Telecommunications, Media and Technology and currently works with Vodafone Ghana as a Regulatory and Government Affairs Specialist.
Samuel holds a Master’s Degree in law (LLM) from the Center for Commercial Law Studies of Queen Mary University of London. He is also a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a Certified Information Privacy Professionals for the European Union (CIPP-E). Before joining Vodafone Mr Bartels worked in Corporate and litigation practice with Sam Okudzeto and Associates (Sena Chambers). He is also a journalist and has previously served as BBC Country Correspondent for Ghana.
