Hasha Seine Maringe is the Founder CEO and President of Information and Communication Technology Association of Zimbabwe (ICTAZ). He specializes in ICT Project Management and Strategic Planning. He once worked as the ICT Manager for Forests Company of Zimbabwe International and the Managing Director for Cyber Business Solutions. Mr. Maringe drafted the National E–Waste Management Strategy and Action Plan as well as the E-Waste Policy Framework for Zimbabwe. He has worked with the Ministry of ICT; Zimbabwe on a number of ICT related projects which include the Revision of the National ICT Policy in 2012. He has also assisted government of Zimbabwe in ICT related programs and projects through its Ministries and Departments.
He is a young and dynamic professional who is inspired and committed to promote ICTs as the key driver for rapid socio-economic development by creating an enabling environment for everyone to participate and benefit in ICTs whilst advocating for sustainable ICT environmental practices such as green computing.
