The session introduces a new ITU-T Recommendation on best practices in the measurement of mobile networks’ QoS. The Recommendation provides a high-level overview of measurement campaigns, monitoring systems, sampling methodologies and post-processing requirements. The new standard is available here.

The session taps on the practical experience of stakeholders to share on their approach to quality assessment, what are some of their pitfalls and key takeaways.

The session introduces the latest Recommendation on the speech quality assessment of our current and future telephony systems, with emphasis on the algorithms of the assessment. The new standard is available here.
