Mr. Rodrigo Lara Restrepo studied Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia. He went to the Institute of Political Studies of Paris (Sciences Po) to specialize in Politics.
He is Master of Public Administration from the National School of Administration of France (ENA) and is currently majoring in Mining and Oil Rights at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
Rodrigo Lara worked at the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia, where he acted as advisor to the Director of the Presidential Agency for Social Action, was Director of the Presidential Anti-Corruption and later, Senator of the Republic.
He has been a member of the W Radio workteam and he is a columnist for El Espectador newspaper. Mr. Lara has been college teacher at the Universidad Externado de Colombia and currently teaches at the College of Management Studies CESA.
He is currently the President of Asomóvil, the Association of the mobile phone industry in Colombia.
