Christian Blanchard has worked in the telecommunications industry for the last 30 years. He graduated with M.S. Engineering from ENSIA7 and a MBA in Toulouse (France).
He worked for 10 years in the European Space Center as Director of Quality for the Satellites. Afterwards, he worked in mobile telecommunications for ORANGE in the Caribbean as Transmission Director, and in France for Bouygues Telecom and France Telecom for Radio Planning and Optimization.
In 2005, he started his own company in telecommunications (PLANET NETWORK INTERNATIONAL) in France and in the USA. His Engineers have designed a specific tool dedicated to Telecommunication Regulatory Authorities, which concerns Quality of Service, taking into account OMC/R Raw Data and now since 2013, his company is providing Real Time Quality of Experience solution which is compatible with smartphones and tablets alike.
