As a senior expert dealing with compliance issues at Turk Telekom, Mustafa experienced in technical and commercial regulations more than 6 years. He especially leads the regulatory compliance part of the projects such as: Quality of Service in the Telecommunication Sector, Billing (Electronic, Upper Limit Billing, General Billing Procedures regarding to Electronic Communications Sector legislation …), etc and coordinates all related inspections of National Regulatory Authority.
Mustafa has a BS degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Bilkent University. Furthermore, he continues his education at Faculty of Law as a LL.B. student. He is also an MBA participant.
