Mehmet Ozdem has more than 11 years of experience in Telecommunications industry and during this time, he is involved in huge projects like IP/MPLS network design, IPTv, NGN Transformation, ATM optimization, DPI, L2/L3 VPN service developments.
He is currently the manager of the SLA Management Reporting and Optimization Department at Turk Telekom. He is responsible for managing Service Level Agreements with national and international customers and reporting the performance metrics of networks (IP/MPLS, IPTv, SDH, DWDM, xDSL, NGN). He is currently actively contributing to ITU-T SG12 (Performance, QoS and QoE) on the Q12,Q13 and Q17 questions.
Ozdem is an electrical and electronics engineer with an MS degree, and he also has CCIE R&S , PMP and ITIL certifications.
