​Session 1: High-level Panel on Achieving sustainable e-waste management in the post-pandemic era in Latin America

Managing e-waste sustainably is a recurring challenge that many Latin American cities are facing. The global pandemic has only added the growing concerns over the environmental and health impacts of e-waste.
This session will highlight the importance of sustainable e-waste management and how it will contribute to accelerating progress of the Sustainable Development Goals in the region.

Session 2: Towards a sustainable future with the circular economy

The circular economy concept holds great promises to improve the sustainability of the ICT value chain. This session will explore the advantages of implementing circularity in the ICT sector and how the concept can be extended beyond of the realm of technologies to other key development sectors such as cities.
