She has worked on audits and reviews for public and private entities using international frameworks such as COBIT, COSO and ISO Standards.
She is an author and researcher about management and government of information and ICT in different media including ISACA Journal and COBIT Focus Publications.

ICT should and must be an enabler to address the principles and commitments of The NEW URBAN AGENDA. Its contribution will depend on how well it is governed and managed in a context of cities goals, satakeholders' needs and ICT benefits, risk, resources, policies and processes. COBIT 5, the latest ISACA’s guidance on the enterprise governance and management of IT, can assist in achieving this goal.
