He has taught courses and seminars at the Universidad del Salvador, Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Universidad Católica de Córdoba, Universidad de La Punta, Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, among others.
His recent books are titled "Smart Cities: the contribution of ICT to the community" (Ed. Autores de Argentina) and "Policies and experiences of Open Government in Argentina" (Jefatura de Gabinete de la Nación). He has published more than 20 articles in academic journals as well as dozens of papers and book chapters on topics related to the impact of ICT on cities, democracy, government and citizen participation.
