Anthony Harris is Executive Director of the Argentina Internet Association (CABASE). He is also
Executive Director of the Latin America and Caribbean Federation of Internet and Electronic Commerce (eCOM-LAC), which recently became an ICANN Accredited Registry for the new “.lat” generic top level domain. Anthony is also a member of the Executive Committee of the ISP Constituency in ICANN.
