TIAN , Ye joined Wuhan Research Institute of Posts and Telecommunications (WRI) in 2012 after obtaining his Ph.D. from Wuhan University (WHU), China. Currently he serves as a researcher and deputy director of the System Planning & Design Department of Fiberhome Digital (FHZ),which is a member company of WRI.
He is specializing in smart city consulting, planning and design. He is working on the development of new standards and solutions in smart city and its subdivisions. He previously worked on a variety of projects as an architect that include development of smart solutions of Chinese cities and urban areas. Currently he serves as a member of expert board of smart city in Fiberhome Digital.
TIAN, Ye received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University (WHU) in 2002, M.S. degree in Software System Engineering from Aalborg University (AAU), Denmark in 2005, and a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from WHU in 2012.
