He Jianwu is now the director of enterprise development promotion office in Haidian Park of Zhongguancun science and Technology Park and the director of Economic and Information Office in Haidian district. He is in charge of the analysis of industry and information industry development, the promotion of small enterprises and the organization of information construction. He got his master degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 1998 and got his PhD from BUPT in 2003. From 2003 to 2010, he worked in China Academy of Telecommunication Research, MIIT. He have worked in the field of Communication and information construction for more than 10 years.
