Pablo Bello Arellano was appointed Secretary General of AHCIET on June 2011. Pablo is an expert and lead policy advisor in telecommunications and economic regulation. He holds a Commercial Engineer degree from the University of Chile and an MBA from the ESADE Business School.
He has worked for the public sector during the presidency of Michelle Bachelet, where he served as Vice-Minister of Telecommunications within the Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry of Chile. Moreover, he also held the position of Investigation and Policy Division Director within the Subsecretariat of Telecommunications of Chile.
