Mr. Garab Dorji who completed graduate in Bachelors of Science in Information Technology in Manila Philippines. He works as the Head of ICT Service for Thimphu Municipal Office since 2006. In 2011, he was nominated as the focal person for G2C Project for all the Municipals of the country and contributed to e-Governance reform in the Municipals of Bhutan. Recently he has been nominated as the head of Expert Group for ICT Master Planning due to which the Government sent him to learn and take
back the best experience to Bhutan.
