LIM Tonilyn

​Ms. Tonilyn P. Lim is a project manager at the Renewable and Rural Energy Division, Department of Energy at the UNIDO headquarters in Vienna, Austria. She is the Department’s focal point for sustainable cities technical cooperation projects.

Her previous responsibilities involved project and portfolio management on the thematic areas of environment and energy in the South Asia Region, while at UNIDO’s Regional Office in India. She was also a government official with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority as Chief of the Environment Group; and, with the Central Bank of the Philippines as Crisis/Business Continuity Manager. She has now over 15 years of experience in the fields of environment, energy, climate and disaster risk, in industrial and urban contexts.

Ms. Lim holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Ateneo De Manila University and University of San Francisco; and a candidate for MSc. in Renewable Energy, at the Technical University of Vienna.
