Stefano is board member of TELT SaS, the company in charge of building the railway tunnel to connect Turin to Lyon, of INVIMIT SGR SpA, the investment managing company that focus on public real estate value added transactions and European Investment Bank (EIB).
He is member of the Bureau of the Housing and Land Management Committee at the UNECE.
Prior to this, he was the Head of the Agenzia del Demanio (Italian State Property Agency). From July 2008 to October 2011 he was Executive General Manager in charge of the state assets management policies within the Department of Treasury. In 2008, he was Secretary-General of the Authority for the Supervision of Public Contracts for Works, Services and Supplies. He was Head of the Technical Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy and Finance from 2005 to dic-2007.
Author of various publications on the subject of financial markets and real estate, his research interest include Public debt, e-procurement and Europe Integration.
