Michael Mulquin has been working for the last twenty years on how technology can help neighborhoods, cities and regions work better.
He is an active member of most of the European and International standards bodies working on developing standards and guidance documents for smart cities.
He was technical author for a recently published British Standards Institution (BSI) publication: PD8101: Smart cities – Guide to the role of the planning and development process, and another that will be published at the end of February: PD8100 that provides an overview of smart cities for city and industry leaders.
