Dr. Nik Dimitrakopoulos is Manager for Automotive at Rohde & Schwarz focusing on the E/E & Infotainment subdivisions with a focus on next generation In-vehicle networks. Nik is an active member of the OPEN Alliance group focusing on 1000BASE-T1 and MultiGig Ethernet activities as well as the TG17 work group of ETSI focusing on radio broadcast standards.
Francois Fischer

Francois Fischer – (Male) – holds an Engineer diploma (master) in electrical engineering and information technologies is Senior Standardisation and Industry Manager in the field of Internet of Vehicle at Huawei Technologies, boosting Automotive innovation with AI and IoT disruptive technologies. After working at Siemens in Germany, as software developer, he founded FSCOM and provides consultancy in different vertical domains relating to Intelligent connected devices.  He strongly contributes to the standardisation at ETSI as member through many ETSI Specialist Task Forces. He participated in EU-funded actions dealing with Cooperative and Connected Automated Mobility, eCall, GNSS and 5G, Cloud computing and IoT and coordinated AUTOPILOT innovation action about IoT for Autonomous Vehicle and 5G-MOBIX Innovation Action about 5G for CCAM. He is the chairman of the AIOTI (Alliance for Internet of Thing Innovation) working Group on Smart Mobility and Member of the AIOTI Steering Board. He is delegate in ISO TC22, TC204 and TC211 and member of the Open AR Cloud.
Yajun Kou

He has been working in the field of wireless communication and multimedia signal processing for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in the development of 3G/4G cellular communication standards, next-generation wireless broadcasting standards, and related products. He has published more than 30 papers in notable referred journals and conference proceedings. He is also the inventor of more than 30 US and Chinese patents.
Latif Ladid
Founder & President, IPv6 Forum, 3GPP Board Member, Research Fellow at University of Luxembourg

Professor Latif Ladid holds the following positions: Founder & President, IPv6 FORUM, Emeritus Trustee, Internet Society, Board Member IPv6 Ready & Enabled Logos Program and Board Member World Summit Award. Latif is also a Member of 3GPP PCG (Board, since 1999), 3GPP2 PCG. In addition, he is a Member of IEEE 5G Initiative Steering Committee (Future Networks Initiative) and IEEE IoT Steering Committee. Furthermore, he was Vice-Chair, ETSI IPv6 Industry Specification Group and a Member of UN Strategy Council as well as a Member of Future Internet Forum EU Member States (representing Luxembourg). Finally, he is a Research Fellow at the University of Luxembourg (since 2006) on multiple European Commission Next Generation Technologies Projects.

Chairman, ITU-T SG16 FGVM and Deputy Secretary-General,Telematics iIndustry Application Alliance (TIAA)

Li Jun, is the Chairman of ITU-T SG16 Focus Group on Vehicular Multimedia and Deputy​ Secretary-General of TIAA (Telematics industry Application Alliance), Senior Engineer. He has over 20 years of experience in the sectors of Mobile and Satellite, has a deep understanding of the mobile communication and satellite broadcasting technology, and had participated and chaired the TD-LTE industrialization and internationalization, mainly at present responsible for “Internet plus” satellite mobile broadcasting network integration terminal standards and industrialization. He serves as Deputy Secretary General of TIAA, is also the leader of Vehicular Multimedia Workgroup of TIAA, take charge in construction of Chinese Vehicle Digital Multimedia Eco-system. Now, he has some research on AD (Autonomous Driving) driven by High Precision Navigation and Positioning Technology.
Gaëlle Martin-Cocher
FG-VM WG1 Chair, Senior Director of Multimedia Coding, Interdigital Canada

Ms Gaëlle Martin-Cocher is a bilingual (French – English) multimedia and standards expert with over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications and multimedia industry, both in SMEs and established companies. She has actively contributed towards business and technical development of telecommunication and broadcasting products. Ms Martin-Cocher has been included in activities on product requirement specification, system architecture definition, standard strategy, IP policies, IP development and participation in industry trade shows. Additionally, she has extensive involvement in international standard development organisations, contributing to multimedia standards: ITU, ISO, MPEG (ISO / IEC JCT1 – SC29), 3GPP, OMA (Open Mobile Alliance), W3C, IETF, ANSI and ETSI. She currently serves as the Senior Director, Multimedia Coding at Interdigital, Canada Ltee.
Stefano Polidori
Study Group Counsellor, TSB, ITU

Stefano is Advisor at the International Telecommunication Union and responsible for the technical secretariat of ITU-T Study Group 9 "Broadband cable and TV”. He is also responsible for the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) activities, including the Symposium on the Future Networked Car at the Geneva Motor Show. Stefano is the ITU representative to the European Multi Stakeholder Platform on ICT Standardization at the European Commission. After few years in the private sector, joined the ITU in 2004 covering various positions including Coordinator for ITU Kaleidoscope academic conference and Advisor for Study Group 11 "Signalling, protocols and test specifications". Stefano holds a Master in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome, Italy and a Master of Science in mobile communication from Aalborg Unive​​rsity,
Sudhindra Reddy 
Chief Operating Officer, Zoomcar 

 Sudhindra as the Chief Operating Officer at Zoomcar is playing a pivotal role in helping Indian mobility consumers take their next big leap to adapt India's only shared subscription model for cars. In his earlier avatar, as a Scientist with DRDO he braved adverse geography and working conditions in NE India, to deliver a fully functional missile launch facility for the armed forces. While working with P&G India, he launched, localised and increased the reach of feminine care products in India with a significant impact on the lives of girls and women. An alumnus of School of Management, IIT Bombay, Sudhindra also holds a Civil engineering degree from NIT Bhopal.
Xiaofeng Yi (Kimberly)

Xiaofeng Yi (Kimberly) is the founder of the Internet of Vehicles (IOV) department of AutoHome, China and Domestic Secretary General of China Counterpart to FG-VM (Focus Group of Vehicular Multimedia) of ITU, United Nation specialized agency for Telecommunication. In addition, Kimberly is “Invited Researcher” of think tank of “Chinese Vehicular Internet Industry Alliance”.
Kimberly previous position included member of Baidu IOV Department, Marketing VP of China Region of BrightBox company, Connected-Car Ecosystem-Architect Director of Great Wall Motor. Kimberly was a guest speaker at various global conferences.
