Cheng Li has been working at CAICT (China Academy of Information and Communications Technology) since 2003. Having rich experience in the area of signalling network, he has engaged in standardization of interworking between operators in China. He is now acting as Rapporteur of ITU-T Q2/11, and takes the leader role in making and maintaining ITU-T Recommendations of signalling protocols including SS7.
