The purpose of this tutorial is to guide administrations in the preparation of electronic notices for submission of frequency assignments/allotments concerning terrestrial services to the Radiocommunication Bureau in order to update the Master International Frequency Register and Plans. It contains a detailed description of all the notice types to be used depending on the radiocommunication service, class of station, frequency band, procedure to be applied, etc.
This tutorial provides the following information:
- Notice types applicable to each radiocommunication service
- Structure of the electronic notification files
- Definition of mandatory and optional data items of each notice type
For using the tutorial, it is needed to download the
zip file containing all necessary files. Then the contents of this zip file (Notification_Tutorial.zip) should be uncompressed in a folder on your computer. Please note that an Internet browser software is needed to open the Start.htm file.
