BDT Director Doreen Bogdan-Martin met with Permanent Representative of Ukraine Yevheniia Filipenko on 12 October 2021. They discussed ways to strengthen collaboration between ITU-D and Ukraine, to empower youth, advance digital skills and progress towards an inclusive digital society.
