BDT Director's Corner: Activities

​BDT Director Ms Doreen Bogdan-Martin met with Senator Hon. Oscar George, Minister of State with responsibility for Telecommunications and Broadcasting, Office of the Prime Minister, Commonwealth of Dominica on 12 April 2021. The Minister was joined by Mr Bennette Thomas, Director of Telecommunications & Technology, Commonwealth of Dominica. The BDT Director was joined by Stephen Bereaux, Deputy to the Director and Bruno Ramos, Regional Director for the Americas region, and Cleveland Thomas, Area Representative for the Caribbean. They discussed digital developments in the country, including the priority to enhance cross-sectoral collaboration in Dominica and maximize the potential of ICTs, the goal to provide accessible and affordable ICT services, and the goal to ensure quality digital services to the people of Dominica.
