WTIS-20 - Registration

Registration

Registration to the World Telecommunication/ICT Indicators Symposium (WTIS) will be carried out exclusively online and is now open. As part of an ongoing programme to enhance service to members, a new registration system has been gradually introduced to support attendance in all ITU events. The system has been successfully tested for several ITU conferences and meetings between 2018 and 2019 and is being used for WTIS for the first time. In order to register, please complete the WTIS-20 online registration form.

Follow the steps below for a successful registration:

Step 1 – Create an ITU user account, if you are using the system for the first time. If you already created your user account when you registered for recent ITU meetings and conferences, then your user account is still valid. Delegates who have TIES access can simply use their TIES credentials (i.e. username and password).

Step 2 – Register and submit your registration form.

Step 3 – You will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail.

For any queries, please contact the BDT Meetings Registration Service by e-mail at: bdtmeetingsregistration@itu.int.

Interpretation will be provided based on the requests of participants. You are, therefore, invited to indicate on your registration form by 17 October 2020 (23:59 hours Geneva time) if you require a language other than English. Based on the requests made by this forty-five (45) calendar days deadline and provided there are at least five (5) participants requesting a given language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish), interpretation will be provided in the requested languages.

Participants are encouraged to submit papers relevant to the agenda items of the meeting, by e-mail, to wtis@itu.int. These papers will only be available in the languages in which they are submitted.

Remote Participation

Interactive remote participation will be provided for this meeting. Information on how to connect remotely, will be made available on this website a few days prior to the meeting. ITU user account or TIES credentials (username and password) will be required to access this service.
