It is with great honour that the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) is pleased to invite you to the Child Online Protection (COP) Segment taking place within the 2nd Andorra Forum: Public-Private Partnerships for Digital Transition, on 30 October 2025 in Andorra la Vella, Principality of Andorra.
This segment, organized by the ITU Europe Office in partnership with Andorra Digital, builds on our joint efforts with the Government of Andorra, including the recently published National Child Online Protection Assessment for Andorra, as well as a dedicated capacity-building activity held earlier this year. The event represents the next step in our close collaboration to strengthen national and international frameworks for protecting children in the digital environment.
The objective of this segment is to bring together representatives from governments, international organizations, the private sector, civil society, and youth to exchange insights and strengthen collective efforts to enhance children's safety and well-being in the digital environment.
As part of this segment, the ITU Council Working Group on Child Online Protection (CWG-COP) will convene the third session of the ITU Industry Connect quarterly series “Child Online Protection in Action – Industry Perspectives." Titled “Gaming & Online Safety: Creating Safe and Inclusive Virtual Playgrounds," the session will examine how gaming environments can be made safer, more inclusive, and more responsive to children's needs.
Further details about the forum are available on the event website: Andorra Digital.
We look forward to your active participation in this important event and to working together in strengthening global efforts on child online protection.
