Achieving Universal and Meaningful Connectivity
This session will focus on efforts to close the digital divide and ensure that all citizens can access and benefit from connectivity. It invites all stakeholders to discuss strategies to promote universal and meaningful connectivity (UMC), including, but not limited to, infrastructure development in rural areas, affordability initiatives, digital literacy programs, and regulatory measures to promote inclusive access.
