
| Mr. Jaroslaw Ponder, Head, ITU Office for Europe Mr. Ponder is Head of the ITU Office for Europe at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) (Geneva, Switzerland). Within the last years Mr. Ponder has been carrying out numerous projects, activities and initiatives at national, regional and international levels. He has been taking lead role in many international conferences and summits dealing with fostering ICT innovation and development of ICT ecosystem, information society, and advancements of digital economy worldwide, while setting strategies and ensuring their timely implementation. Along the professional career Mr. Ponder held official positions in the public sector and was a contributor to the legislative projects having an impact on public policy. Since 2014 Mr. Ponder has been working for ITU, in the Market, Economics and Finance Unit (MEF/ITU), Strategy and Policy Unit (SPU/ITU), Project and Initiatives Department (PRI/ITU). From 2008 upon his former duties, he has acted as Europe Officer (EUR/ITU) as well as Project Manager for European Centres of Excellence Network (CoE-EUR). In August 2008 he was appointed as Coordinator for Europe. After successful recreation of the coordination for the region in 2009 he moved to the General Secretariat becoming Strategy and Policy Coordinator and one year later Senior Strategy and Policy Advisor with the objective to lead the ITU activities on World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS; United Nation Process on ICTs) and its 10 year review, amongst the others successfully establishing prime platforms, i.e. WSIS Forum, WSIS Prizes, WSIS Stocktaking, and organizing WSIS+10 High Level Event (2014) that resulted in negotiated texts. In parallel, since 2011 he has been working as Coordinator for Europe strengthening coordination and implementation mechanism. In 2017 he became the Head of ITU Office for Europe, directing actions, projects, initiatives, and expert groups targeting 45 countries and representing ITU in Europe.

| Mr. Łukasz Różycki, First Counsellor, Deputy Permanent Representative, Permanent Mission of the Republic of Poland to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva
Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Poland to the UN Office at Geneva since August 2021. Previously Mr Łukasz Różycki held various positions related to multilateral diplomacy and the United Nations. Before joining Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2011, Mr Różycki worked for International Security Policy Department at Ministry of Defence, where he was in charge of disarmament and non-proliferation issues. From 2011 to 2014 he was senior expert at Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Division, Security Policy Department, MFA. In 2011 he was temporarily posted to the Permanent Mission to the UN Office at Geneva as a member of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council Team. Between 2014 and 2019, he served as Second, then First Secretary for migration and humanitarian affairs in the Permanent Mission to the UN Office at Geneva. Back in Warsaw, he was Head of Political Division, UN and Human Rights Department, MFA, being also responsible for UN Security Council Polish Membership Task Force (2019).
Mr Różycki graduated cum laude from international relations - international security at the University of Warsaw and international relations - global problems at the University of Wrocław, Poland. He also attended courses at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and the NATO School Oberammergau. Mr Różycki was born in 1983 in Sanok, Poland. He is married, with two sons.

Radka Sibille works in the EU Delegation to the UN in Geneva as an advisor on digital issues and new and emerging technologies in the context of multilateral and multi-stakeholder fora and processes. She is an experienced diplomat and foreign policy expert, with more than 15 years of work in international relations. Prior to this position, Radka served on multiple diplomatic postings, including as Head of Trade and Development Section in the Czech Embassy in Peru, Human Rights Expert at the EU Delegation to the UN in Geneva, and Counsellor at the Czech Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels. Radka has a Master's Degree from Ecole Nationale d'Administration in Strasbourg and the University of Economics and Business in Prague.

Mr. García is the Head of International Relations of the Institute for Older People and Social Services (IMSERSO), the Spanish Government agency responsible for the management of social services. Consequently, he is responsible for the international relations of the Institute. He also is responsible of Iberoamerican cooperation programs of the Institute. He is a member of SWGA (Standing Working Group of Ageing) and the Spanish representative of Iberoamerican Program of Cooperation in Older People. Previously he worked at the Cabinet of the Foreign Service General Director for International Relations and Strategic Planning. He was the Head of service of this cabinet at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, managing the strategic evaluations of the Spanish foreign service.
